Labor Day Sparkling Rosé Pops

While summer may be coming to an end, the summery treats that we all love so much don't have to.

Celebrate Labor Day with these easy to make sparkling rosé wine pops, created by Nastassia of @letmeeatcake and Joybird - so good!

STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE RUZA ROSÉ POPSICLES

Ingredients + Directions

1 cup of Ruza sparkling rosé (1 can)
2 tablespoons simple syrup
½ cup fresh pineapple, pureed
½ cup fresh strawberries pureed
3 strawberries, halved for garnish

1. Blend the fresh pineapples and strawberries (separately)  until they are smooth. Set aside.

2. Pour both the pineapple and strawberry puree into a bowl. Add rosé and simple syrup, stirring until combined.

3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. (*strawberry garnish: place half of a strawberry, stem removed, into the popsicle molds). Insert wooden popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or until popsicles are solid.

Simple syrup recipe: bring equal parts granulated sugar and water to a boil until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
