A Whole New World of Wine Cocktails

Dust off your passport, and get ready to travel — to the bar, that is! Chanchito Cabernet Sauvignon (Chile) in a Tinto de Verano (Spain)

Ingredients

  • a half cup Chanchito
  • a half cup sparkling water (we used La Croix Lime)
  • 1 wedge lime (for garnish)

Fill glass with ice (optional), and add Chanchito. Top with La Croix. Garnish with lime wedge.​

Cocomero Rosato (Tuscany) in a Kir Royale (France)

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chambord
  • 1 small handful fresh raspberries
  • 8 oz. Cocomero

​Add Chambord and raspberries to glass. Top with Cocomero, and serve immediately.

Più Gioia Pinot Grigio (Italy) in a Margarita (Mexico)

Ingredients

  • salt for the rim
  • ice cubes
  • 1 wedge lime (for garnish)
  • 2 oz. lime juice, fresh
  • 3 oz. tequila
  • 5 oz. Più Gioia

​Spread salt on plate, and moisten the rim of the glass with the lime wedge or a damp paper towel. Tip the glass over to coat in salt.

Fill glass with ice. Add tequila, lime juice, and Più Gioia. Stir until chilled, garnish with the lime wedge, and serve!
