Recipe for: Grilled Snapper with Fresh Tartar Sauce
|For the Grilled Snapper:|
|4 (6-8 oz)||snapper fillets (skin on)|
|1 Tbs||olive oil|
|1 Tbs||Greek seasoning|
|4||lemon slices, ¼ in thick|
|For the Tartar Sauce:|
|1 Tbs||dill pickle relish|
|1 Tbs||drained capers|
|1 Tbs||chopped fresh chives|
|1 tsp||Dijon mustard|
|1 tsp||fresh lemon juice|
|¼ black pepper||black pepper|
|fresh chopped chives, for garnish|
1. Rub fish fillets with oil and sprinkle evenly with Greek seasoning. Top each fillet with 2 lemon slices.
2. Stir together tartar sauce ingredients until blended. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Garnish, if desired.
3. Grill fillets, covered with grill lid, over medium-high flames for 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with tartar sauce and lemon slices.
