|3 oz||Roquefort-style blue cheese|
|2 oz||sharp aged cheddar cheese|
|2 oz||Barhi dates|
|1 oz||Fuyu persimmon|
|1 oz||English walnuts|
|2 oz||fresh blackberries and figs|
|resh rosemary & persimmon (garnish) your favorite crackers|
